Our team goes the extra mile to guarantee that no customer is left disappointed. When you book with us, you secure your special date and the delightful company of our two donkeys, Jasper and Sebastian. Our service includes a trained donkey specialist to ensure everything goes smoothly. We offer an option for your guests to feed the donkeys, which can be added to your cart at checkout. We cover delivery within a 20-mile radius of DFW International Airport at no additional cost. For further distances, a modest delivery fee applies—please contact us for precise rates.
The total cost of our service is $600, requiring a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event. We send payment reminders, and if payment is not received by 75 days before the event, the booking will be cancelled, and all payments made will be forfeited. The 2nd half of your payment can be made early by clicking the link provided in our regular emails, or by contacting us directly using the contact form below. Bookings made within three months of the event must be paid in full immediately, by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your event once for free within 12 months of the original date, subject to calendar availability, up to one month prior to the event without any fees.
Cancellation Fees:
More than 6 months before the event: A cancellation fee of $150 will be applied.
6 months to 90 days before the event: A cancellation fee of $300 will be applied.
Less than 90 days before the event: If you cancel during this period, a cancellation fee of 100% of your booking cost, including any optional extras, will be applied. Should there be any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation, it will still be required to be paid in full. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule and resources effectively, even on short notice.
Refunds: Refunds issued will deduct any costs we have incurred, including payment processing fees.
This policy ensures flexibility while also protecting the operational aspects of our service.

Feed the donkeys
Our Tipsy donkeys love making your events a little extra special, but it's hard work so why not make Jasper and Sebastian's day by pre-ordering some donkey snacks your guests can feed them as tips? If you wish to add this it will be available when you make the second payment 1 month before your event.
